The Automotive Cell is a compact robot cell for (supply companies of) the motorcar industry and complies with all safety standards in this branch.
The Automotive Cell is completely focussed at producing products with a short cycle time (±20 sec.) and can if so wanted be provided with Panasonic robot and welding appliances. If required, the cell can be enhanced with a number of freely programmable external axes for additional product manipulation and/or additional tools, f.e. for welding and cutting applications with one and the same robot.
The system is fitted with rapidly closing sliding doors - that open and close within 1.2 sec - and two clamping frames to quickly feed and discharge the products.
