Ever since the establishment of Ideal in 1923, wire butt and flash butt welding machines have been characterised by their stable and well-considered construction, resulting in an average lifetime for Ideal machines of more than 25 years.
This proven appliance can be applied for wire butt welding and flash but welding of low- and high-alloyed metals. Ideal is also specialised in the production of Litz wire welding machines, for the welding of copper and aluminium Litz wire, glass wires, ceramic and graphite welding tubes.
Wire diameters from 0.15 mm up to welding wires of 18 mm can also be welded using the Ideal standard machines type DSH. The machines are available with a large variety of options.
