Panasonic Wire Booster
The Wire Booster enables central welding wire distribution with bridging of the distance between drum and robot
The Wire Booster is able to bridge a distance of up to 30 meters, thus enabling central welding wire distribution to various robots. The Wire Booster also comes in useful for robot installations using long wire cables.
The Wire Booster can easily be fixed onto the drum. There is no communication between robot and the Wire Booster location; whenever the Wire Booster detects friction, he will automatically provide assistance. The "Mechanical Torque Limiter" function prevents mechanic torsion of the welding wire, and the wire will unwind correctly.
The Wire Booster is suitable for any brand and type of welding wire and welding robot.
