Rapid couplings
Whenever flexibility is required, the wire feeding cables and rapid couplings of Wire Wizard and Valk Welding bring help. The cables are provided with a synthetic (HDPE) or steel inner coil which ensures optimal guidance of the wire and limits wear and tear to a minimum. The rapid couplings ensure rapid mounting and/or exchange of the wire cable.
Extra Flexible conduit FC-X (standard) and FC-XH (heavy Duty)
This is the most flexible wire in the programme, perfectly suitable for robots, long distances and applications with minor bends. Below, you will find a drawing of the cable construction.
EC-Conduit
This wire cable is available in 6 different diameters and can easily be combined with the above black wire.
A-10 Strain Reliefs
This anti-bend springs are available for most commonly used wire cables.
Beside the above standard wire feeding cables, the Wire Wizard programs contains a very large range of this type, in order to guarantee optimal wire feeding for every specific application.
