Safety- and welding helmet all in one! The welding helmet can easily be pushed up
Speedglas Pro-Top combines a safety helmet, welding helmet and automatic welding filter. It was specifically designed for welders who are at risk of head injuries caused by cranes, extending beams and moving appliances. The key to the Speedglas Pro-Top system is the exclusive tipping mechanism connecting the welding helmet with the safety helmet. Traditional safety helmets for welders have a very high centre of gravity when the helmet has been pushed up, resulting in balance problems. Moreover, the tilted equipment is a heavy burden for the neck muscles. The Pro-Top tilting mechanism consists of two axes: along the first axis, the welding helmet is pushed away from the face; with the other axis, the welding helmet settles itself low against the safety helmet, perfectly in balance and firmly fixed. The welding helmet will automatically come loose when the welder pulls it back over his face.
