This welding wire can be supplied on spools ranging in weight from 5 to 100 kg. These spools can be supplied both flex free and reeled in layers. The welding wire is perfectly protected with clingfilm in solid carton boxes, and can be supplied on plastic spools or on metal basket spools. Standard pallet packaging: 72 boxes.
Solid copper plated welding wire in drums
For large consumers, Valk Welding supplies welding wire in drums of 200 to 380 kg. The drums are provided with an innovative unwinding system guaranteeing faultless wire feeding to unwinding cone and wire feeding cable. Standard pallet packaging: 2 or 4 drums.
This welding wire has been reeled in a hard cardboard drum in such a way that the welding wire always leaves the drum straightforward. The pre-aligned welding wire means saving time to change (1 drum = 15 spools), and has the further advantage of:
a) the wire motor is less charged
b) there is less friction in the spiral
c) there is less wear and tear of the conductors
Eco-Drums
Eco-Drums are completely recyclable drums. They do not contain a steel ring and wooden bottom, and they can be used without extra cone. In the cardboard cover there is a notch for the wire guiding nipple, guaranteeing optimal unwinding of the wire. Available in drums of 250 kg and 500 kg.
