SMS Robot messages
Short summary
With this option it is possible to have your robot send automatic messages via a PLC with SMS function to a mobile phone.
This enables unmanned functioning of a robot and in case of a breakdown you can choose to go to the robot and solve the problem.
Functioning:
An SMS message will be sent in case of a status change of the robot installation, such as:
• ERROR
• ALARM
• HOLD
Possibilities:
• Standard there are 8 trigger inputs PLC module, each able to send their own message. The function of these inputs is defined by the connection of robot outputs to these inputs.
• SMS function can be switched off manually
• Repeat function in case of occupied (own) line. (3 times in two minutes)
• Error detection message sent
• Three telephone numbers to be entered

• PLC
• Modem
• Antenna
• PLC - Modem cable
• Cable for connection onto a RS-232 port of PC
• Software to change simple messages and mobile phone numbers.
Comments:
• System is exclusive of mobile phone (for user called).
• System is exclusive of SIM card and mobile phone subscription, to be purchased by the customer.
• The software works with a cable to the RS-232 port, hardware (notebook) not included in the delivery.
• The mobile phone range for the subscription must be sufficient for plant use!
• Per robot one system is required.
