CMRS
Standard is not always the solution. That is why Valk Welding develops its own custom-made CMRS solutions (Custom Made Robot Software). From a 'simple' module to a complete network.
Custom Made Robot Software
When standard software does not apply to the solutions you are looking for, we will offer you 'custom-made' software.
Custom Made Robot Software (CMRS) offers unequalled possibilities. Many CMRS applications are used in combination with DTPS, for example by building an extra module within this programme. But Valk Welding also disposes of the know-how to seamlessly integrate its robots in your production system.
Examples of CMRS
In order to prove the possibilities with CMRS, you will find a short description below of two projects realised by Valk Welding.
Example 1: single-pieces production by robot
Programming a product by parameters within 1 minute, send it automatically to the robot and start producing directly? It is possible with CMRS.
Single-piece production by robot is possible and profitable with CMRS. filling in free values in a custom-made module, it is possible to create a complete unique product. The module checks the values directly and sees if they are attainable and if there is no collision. Furthermore, one can save repeating combinations in a table which makes future programming even easier and faster.
Example 2: integration of cutting and sawing grobot in production system
At Dycore in Lelystad, manufacturer of concrete floor parts, Valk Welding has integrated two robots in the production system.
All system elements of the production system are integrated in an ultra flat architecture, named CORBA (Common Object Request Brookering Architecture). Thanks to this architecture, no controllers are necessary near the robots. Also the open architecture makes i possible to use a wide variety of programming languages (Java, C++ and Concept) on the UNIX and Windows NT systems and Modicon PLC's.
The whole production process can be remotely monitored and if need be adjusted.
