The Panasonic welding power source 350 GB-II is an industrial power source suitable for intensive and critical welding. The best welding result is obtained with:
• The new fully digital control
• The 32 bits central CPU
• Encoder feed-back of driving motor
These newest technologies offer the following advantages:
• High speed welding: thanks to very accurate control of the power electronics together with wire feeding with encoder control and feedback, higher welding speeds are obtained compared to traditional welding inverters
• The arc ignition and burn-back monitoring are being executed faster and with more accuracy
• Due to the perfect synchronisation of all parameters and the A.I. (Artificial Intelligence) the splash behaviour is largely suppressed
• No influence on primary voltage fluctuations
• Each welding parameter offers an identical welding result on all other welding machines
Specifications:
• Parameter settings via intelligent control box
• Digital readings of set and actually sent welding parameters
• 32 pre-programmable welding parameters
• Monitor function for both welding parameters and welding wire consumption etc.
• Digital connection with PC possible for data backup and monitoring (quality control)
• Up to 3 current sequences possible:
o Start current: for better burning-in at the start
o Main current: the welding parameters for the actual weld
o Crater current: for a nice finishing of the weld and to prevent cracks
N.B. the mentiond welding duty of 60% is determined according to the American standard. The European equivalent is 70% welding duty.
