TIG DC Welding machines

The 300 BZ 2 is the successor of the successful Panasonic TIG Star TR4 welding power source with the following advantages:
• Accurate output monitoring
• Even better starting characteristics
• Concentrated and stable arc
• Large current range of 4A – 300A

Improved welding quality by accurate output monitoring
Due to the newly developed inverter technology, the welding current can be set per 1A. This accurate output regulation is extremely suitable for thin materials that require accurate welding parameter settings.

Excellent starting capacities and stable arc
The BZ2 has a very good arc stability. Reaching the ignition voltage is 2x faster when igniting the arc compared to the previous model and the repeat ignition voltage is perfect even at low current (ex.4A/TIG mode). This is very useful for tack-welding.

In addition, the arc is very concentrated and stable, even when using tungsten electrodes with a larger diameter, thus enabling not only welding of thick plates, but also of thin material with a tungsten electrode of 2.4 mm. This further results in a long tool life of the electrode.
